- General Agreement: Using the site signifies acceptance of these Terms.
- Terminology: “NHU”, “we”, or “our” refers to Nutrition House; “User” or “customer” refers to anyone using the site; “Products” refers to items available for sale.
- Account & Usage Rules: Users must be at least 18 years old to place orders. All information provided must be accurate and current. Unauthorized or unlawful use is prohibited.
- Orders & Payments: Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in AED and may include VAT where applicable. Payment must be completed before processing begins.
- Delivery & Risk Transfer: Delivery is available across the UAE. Responsibility transfers to the customer once delivery is completed. Orders should be checked immediately upon receipt.
- Returns & Refunds: Return eligibility and refund procedures are governed by our Refund Policy. Returned items must meet stated conditions.
- Product Authenticity: All products are sourced through verified channels. Product usage results may vary and no claims beyond manufacturer warranties are made.
- Intellectual Rights: All site content belongs to NHU or its licensors. Reproduction or misuse without permission is prohibited.
- Limitation of Responsibility: NHU will not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Any liability is limited to the purchase value of the order.
